Shipping and Delivery Policy

O’hygia LLP (“O’hygia”) delivers products purchased by you through authorized delivery partners, not directly by itself.
Order Processing and Delivery
- All products/orders are processed for delivery/shipment after successful pre-payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD is available for orders ranging from INR 250/- to INR 3000/-.
- Orders are delivered to the address provided by you at checkout. O’hygia and its delivery partners are not responsible for verifying the delivery address details.
- O’hygia is not liable for:
- Delivery to an incorrect address provided by you.
- Any loss or damage resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or false information you provide.
- Any payment deficiencies for the purchased products.
Delivery Time
- Delivery typically takes six (6) to eight (12) working days after order acceptance.
- Delivery times depend on product availability, customer location, shipping destination, and courier partner efficiency.
- Delays may occur due to force majeure events, festivals, or circumstances beyond O’hygia’s control. In such cases, delivery will be made as soon as possible.

- What is the range of locations to which O’hygia ships their products?
O’hygia ships products throughout India.
- Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
A shipping charge of INR 99/- is applicable on all orders below INR 250/-. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.
- My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
- After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details.
- You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.
- What should I do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?
- Report non-delivery within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing O’hygia at hello@ohygia.com, calling +91-8431238267, or using the chat option on the site/mobile application.
- After 48 hours from the delivery time available with O’hygia, O’hygia claims no liability.
- What should I do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received the freebie or discounted product?
- If a freebie was not delivered, a coupon worth INR 50/- will be issued for future purchases. A freebie refers to products with zero MRP.
- If a discounted product was not delivered, the amount actually paid by you will be refunded.
